The Colegio Mayor Jaizkibel is located in a privileged enclave in the city of San Sebastián (Donostia). Located in the old Eva Enea Palace, on the Aldapeta Hill, it opened its doors in September 2016, after some renovations and expansion work led by the architect Juan Miguel Otxotorena.
The newly constructed building has 6 floors, and has a total of 2,813.14 square meters. It has the capacity to host 54 residents in individual rooms with their own full bathroom.
The neorenaissance Palace dates from 1913 and was originally the former summer residence of the marquises of Aldama. Later in the year 1960, the University of Navarra acquired the palace to accommodate, until 2013, ISSA with the degree of assistance of direction (now given in the campus of Pamplona).
